The Grevin Museum
This is a fun place to visit. Just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, the Grévin Museum displays waxwork models of 300 famous people and reconstitutions of a number of major historical scenes. Mozart, De Gaulle, Tony Parker, and even Titeuf and Scrat, the cult squirrel/rat in the Ice Age films
nearly everyone who has been famous at some time, both humans and cartoon heroes from France and elsewhere, has been on display at the museum. Since 1880, more than 2000 wax figures have been made and displayed here; new characters are introduced regularly. The museum is popular with children and adults alike.
