FAQ – Questions about your booking or your future stay:
• At what time is the check-in?
From 3pm. But if your room is available before, we would be pleased to give you the key ! You also have the possibility to book an early-check in for 15€, to make sure you have your room at 10am (available only for single and double rooms).
• At what time is the check-out?
You have you room until 12am ! And if you want to enjoy a bit longer, don’t hesitate to let us know, we can propose you a late check-out until 3pm for 15€.
• Is it possible to drop your luggage?
Yes ! We have a luggage room at the reception, so we can keep your suitcase with great pleasure.
• What kind of beds do we have?
We offer quality standard double beds (4.6 feet X 6.3 feet) in single and double rooms! Our twin rooms are equiped of 2 single beds (3.0 feet X 6.3 feet). You will find a double and single bed in our triple rooms. And finally, the family room has a double standard bed and a sofa-bed!
• Is it possible to add an extra bed in the room? How about babies?
No, we won’t put an extra bed in the room. Except the toddler bed for baby! Ask us in advance for free, just let us know before!
• What are you going to find in your room?
You will find all you need to spend a simple and perfect stay ! Each of our rooms has its own safe, hangers for tidying, a kettle to have a good tea, and of course shower gel / shampoo.
• Does our Home have an access for mobility impared people?
Unfortunately no… Our building hasn’t been made for, but we can sometimes find solutions. Kontact us!
• Do we have smoker rooms?
We don’t ! Our entire Home is non-smoker. You’ll just have to go out in front. And we’ll be super happy to meet you.
FAQ – Questions about restauration
• When is breakfast time ?
You’ll be free to enjoy a good breakfast from 5am until the time you want! There is no ending time at us, it is like Home!
• Do we have a restaurant?
No, we don’t have a restaurant here. But you still may have a delivery a great meal thanks to your applications ! A micro-wave and dishes will be also available.
• Do we have a bar?
No, we don’t. But we have a pantry in order to offer you snacks and free-alcohol drinks.
FAQ – Questions about our services
• What can we lend on spot?
If you need anything, just come to ask us directly at the reception ! We might help you. We could as an example lend you an adaptor or an iron.
• Is there the air conditioning and/or heaters in the rooms?
Of course ! During summer you may enjoy fresh air and in winter you can warm up thanks to the heater !
• Is wifi for charge?
No ! Wifi is totally free, in all our Home.
• Is there an elevator at the Korner Opéra?
Absolutely! Indeed it is quite small, but fortunately it’s here! It will help you climbing until the 7th floor, just by one click!
• Do we have a parking?
Unfortunately no. We are not equiped, but it exists various private parkings around, very close by walk, and especially one on the Bourse side!
• Do we offer other services in the hotel?
You’ll feel free to practise a bit of sport thanks to our fitness room and/or enjoy a relaxed moment in our sauna! Nothing better to start well your day or in order to spend a good night! We also have a co-working space at your disposal.
• Are animals allowed?
All dogs are welcome at us ! You just have to let us know before, thus we’ll be able to settle a few equipments in your room. There is an extra cost of 10€ per day and per dog and some rules to respect: your dog can’t stay alone on site! We guarantee calm to all our guests, so your dog will have to go outside with you! 🙂
• What about to book an activity?
We are here to help you ! We work with various partners, so don’t hesitate to ask us advices, and book with us.
• Is it possible to book a room only during day time?
You may for sure book a room for a few hours ! Kontact us to know more. It’s also available to book a room to work!
• Can I come with my bicycle?
Of course! We can store your bike at our hotel, so do not hesitate to take it with you.
FAQ – Questions about payement
• What kind of payments do we accept ?
You have the possibilily to pay by credit card (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard), by Travel vouchers and also by cash. To pay by transfert, you have to Kontact us to check how we may proceed.
• You want to make a gift to a relative?
We can propose gift cards ! Just Kontact us to know more.
FAQ – Questions about Covid-19
• Are the sauna and the fitness you always available?
Yesss! We could reorganize it all in order you can always enjoy during your stay. Just privatize it with the host at the reception! So don’y forget your swimsuit and your joggers in your suitcase, because you’ll need it!
• Is breakfast always available?
Of course! What best than a good complete breakfast to start your day well?!
• How to do for dinner?
No worries ! We obviously accept our restaurant neighbours delivery directly in your room ! By using delivery applications or using the click&collect way, you’ll may enjoy your favorite meal in the room. Or just enjoy all restaurants around us!
• Does our sanitary protocol has been reinforced?
Absolutely ! We welcome you at us in total serenity ! We do not need to wear the mask anymore, but we always desinfect all the rooms and take care about your well-being. 🙂
